SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING within Australia for all orders $70 and over.  A flat shipping rate of $10 per order throughout Australia applies for any orders less than $70.

Shipping rates for New Zealand range from $15 to $40 depending on the size of your order, and are calculated at checkout.

To obtain a quote for shipping outside of Australia and New Zealand please email ginoventori@gvfootwear.com.au with details of the item you'd like to purchase and shipping address.

We aim to deliver all online orders within 7 business days, however, please note that international orders and deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.  If you haven't received this, please check your email spam folder and add ginoventori@gvfootwear.com.au to your contacts list.

Once we have dispatched your item, any further issues or requests relating to the delivery should be directed to The delivery provider.

In the event that no one is home to accept the delivery, your item may be left in a safe place, or a card will be left detailing next steps of collection/redelivery.  

To ensure you receive your parcel on time we recommend you select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it from 9am to 5pm.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is available at no charge from our warehouse location at 11 Hall Street, Hawthorn East, VIC 3123.

This location is open for pickups at the following times:

Tuesday - 11am - 3pm
Wednesday - 11am - 3pm
Thursday - 11am - 3pm

Public Holidays - CLOSED

After placing a Click & Collect order we will process and package your items, and then you will receive an email advising you that your order is ready for collection.

Please note that due to COVID restrictions you will not be able to exchange a non-fitting item for an alternate size at the time of collection.  While you can try on your collected items and return them if they don't fit, you will not be able to exchange for another size without placing another order.
