SIZE GUIDE

We have included a Size Guide on all product pages to assist you with selecting your correct size.

To view the guide, simply click on the 'Size Guide' button below the size options of your selected shoe. The Size Guide will open in a pop up with additional information about size conversions and how to measure your feet at home. 

Please note, the Size Guide is not specific to the model, and some styles may vary slightly. If you need assistance in selecting your size, please call our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST). 

PROMO CODES

Got a promo code? No problem!

If you would like to apply a promotional code, navigate to your shopping cart and enter the code in the Promo Code box at the Review Cart stage of checkout. 

You should see the discount reflected in your order total.

If you are having issues with a promo code or need further assistance, please contact our knowledgeable Customer Care team on 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST).

Should i create an account?

A registered customer has an entry in our Customer Club database. Customer Club members receive perks like notification of sales, promotions and new arrivals.

You are not obligated to register an account with Gino Ventori, and are free to checkout as a guest if preferred. However, you will not receive notice of sales and promotions.

Logging in to your account

To log in to your registered Customer Club account, click the 'Sign In/Create Account' button in the top right corner of the web page and enter your email address and password. 

If you can't remember your password, please click the 'Forgotten Your Password?' button and follow the prompts. 

If you are still unable to log in to your account please contact our knowledgeable Customer Care team on 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST) for further assistance.

Confirmation & Dispatch

After successfully placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 15 minutes please check your spam or junk folder.

We aim for next business day dispatch on all online orders.

During busy sale or promotional periods dispatch may take up to three business days.

delivery time

All online orders are dispatched from our Perth or Melbourne warehouses and are delivered by Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, public holidays or external factors. To see more information on Australia Post's delivery timeframes please visit our Delivery & Dispatch page.

Estimated delivery times are calculated after dispatch.

order tracking

After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your Australia Post tracking number. 

To track your parcel, please visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update.

If you haven't received your tracking number or are having difficulty tracking your parcel, please contact our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST) or email us at customercare@ginoventori.com.au

ORDER QUERY?

Something not quite right? Please get in touch with our Customer Care team!

To assist us with your query please have your order details ready, including your order number and the email address with which you placed the order. 

Our Customer Care team are available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm AWST.

All items purchased from ginoventori.com.au have a 12 month warranty.

If you believe there is a factory fault with your footwear within this timeframe, please get in touch with us for assessment.

To start this process please send us an email at customercare@ginoventori.com.au with a copy of your order confirmation and photos of your footwear.

Returns

We accept returns on orders within 30 days. Your order must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Gino Ventori offer refunds, exchanges and store credits on returned items.

Please note Afterpay purchases are ineligible for refunds.

To exchange your order placed with Afterpay, please call our Customer Care team on 1300 762 288 (8am-4pm AWST) for assistance.
