RETURNS POLICY

FOOTWEAR

Please Note-

Gino Ventori is now under New Management. Any customers that have placed orders prior to March 14th, 2024, please call our Customer Care Team, as our standard Returns Policy do not apply.

If you wish to return an item we are happy to provide a credit note, refund, or exchange. Purchases can be returned via post within 30 days of receiving your purchase in unworn, resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. 

You can also drop off your return at any Paul Carroll store. Head to out stockists page for locations.

We are unable to process online refunds in store. If you require a refund, the store team will forward your items to our Customer Care team free of charge to process your request. 

Once your return has been received, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.

AFTERPAY

We do not offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay. If you wish to return a purchase made with Afterpay, we will happily provide a credit note or exchange if the items comply with our returns policy.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE VIA POST

To return online purchases for a Refund, Exchange or Credit Note please follow the steps outlined here.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To help you select your perfect pair, we suggest contacting our Customer Care team prior to placing your order for fitting and size advice.

Please note we can not exchange international orders and recommend placing a new order for the desired style and sending your first order back for a return.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase in unworn, resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty it must be returned to the original place of purchase for assessment. If you purchased your item online at ginoventori.com.au please send photos of the item(s) and proof of purchase to ginoventori@customercare.com.au.
